Encrypted storage

Files travel and rest encrypted, with end-to-end encryption in rooms configured for it.

Watermarked preview

Documents shared as view-only open in a watermarked preview, without download.

Full audit trail

Every sign-in, view and download is logged, optionally gated by a non-disclosure agreement.

How it works

1

Invitation by email

The firm handling your matter sends you a personal, secure invitation link by email.

2

Verify with a code

To sign in, the system emails you a one-time verification code. No password is required.

3

Enter the data room

After entering the code you can access the shared documents and, depending on your permissions, download them or upload new ones.

What is a data room?

A data room is a closed, encrypted online space where a law firm and its client can share confidential documents securely. Every file is kept in protected storage, every access is recorded in an audit trail, and sign-in is protected by two-factor verification – so documents reach only those authorised to see them.

Frequently asked questions

Are my documents safe?

Yes. Documents are held in encrypted storage; in rooms created with end-to-end encryption, neither Flowyer nor Google can see the content. Every access is recorded in an audit trail.

How do I sign in?

Through the invitation link you received by email, then a one-time verification code we also send by email. No password is required.

Who can access the documents?

Only the firm that invited you and the participants to whom the firm granted access. Permissions are managed by the firm throughout.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in Google Cloud data centres in the European Union, in line with the GDPR.
